KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide the Product Specialists, Brand Managers and Commercial/Divisional Head with support.

• Track quotations, invoices, gondola rentals and all marketing spend and ensure all are submitted for rebates/payment in a timely manner.

• Liaise with customers and support brand team with product listings, sales reports, price and product updates.

• Provide sales representatives and brand team with information, guidance and assistance to ensure individual performance and that of the brand.

• Update daily and monthly reports and any ad-hoc reports to support the functioning of the business.

• Data-entry of specific deals and specials.

• Create quality customer/principal relationship by supporting the administrative requirements of the principal and internal stakeholders such as system update forms, buy docs etc.

• Other areas of support include and are not limited to assistance with quarterly price surveys, stock on hand updates, distribution tracker updates, incentive tracker updates, hampers, customer complaints, support with brand campaigns, assistance with CEC payouts & customer growth plan updates

• Assist in other areas of work based on the needs of the department and any other area as necessary in support of Company activities.All responsibilities and accountabilities must be executed in accordance with the company’s Customer Service Management System (CSMS), Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) policies and practices.
