Position Overview
Pennflo Imports Limited, a leading distributor of food-service disposables and consumer packaging products, is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing team across multiple parishes. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of disposable and food-service products to meet sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell consumer and food-service disposable products to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Promptly submit customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to confirm order delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and product information to both new and existing customers.
- Maintain regular visits to customers within assigned routes.
- Prepare bids for procurements as well as key account sales in and out of office (depending on role)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to management as required.
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in in-person and/or in-office sales, preferably within the consumer goods or distribution industry.
- Proven sales track record with measurable performance results.
- Strong customer management and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle.
- Sound knowledge of sales routes and ability to learn new areas efficiently.
- Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
