The Resident Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing all operational departments particularly the Rooms Division and acts as the property’s main representative in their absence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably within luxury or all-inclusive environments.
- Proven experience in leadership roles overseeing Front Office, Guest Services, or Rooms Division.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to make sound operational decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented approach.
