Purpose of the Role
To create and implement appropriate Agronomy development programs in accordance with the division’s business strategy. The ideal candidate will assess markets, products, and programs, demonstrate agronomic best practices, represent the company in forums, and collaborate with stakeholders in trade and field activities.
Principal Responsibilities
- Identify new distribution channels to facilitate business growth.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs centered around product stewardship and good agricultural Practices.
- Provide technical updates to stakeholders, conduct product trials and field demonstrations on existing and new products.
- Support trade activities for the division, including involvement in agricultural shows, expos, and other promotional events.
- Research and preparation of technical bulletins, brochures, and fact sheets on the company’s products.

Minimum Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture or Degree in Natural Sciences
- Proficiency in Windows applications.
- Two (2) years’ experience in Agronomy, Agricultural product development or related field (preferred).
- A certificate in Marketing would be an asset
Working conditions
- Extensive travel within designated areas.
- Irregular working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
The right candidate will own or have constant access to a reliable motor vehicle.
