Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Compensation & Benefits strategies that enhance talent attraction, retention, and motivation while fostering a high-performance culture.

• Utilize established frameworks and toolkits to identify opportunities for improvement in competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and employee value.

• Conduct regular reviews of local offerings using industry benchmarks and employee feedback to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and global reward specialists to address specific requirements and contribute to enhanced regional and international solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on job grading matters, identifying roles for review and submitting recommendations for evaluation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

• 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strong asset.

• Hands-on experience with SAP HR and Payroll systems.

• In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and labor regulations.
