We are a reputable Medical Organization seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:

Job Position :Medical Technologist

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• • Perform complex diagnostic tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other bodily fluids.
  • Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment (e.g., hematology analyzers, microscopes, PCR machines).
  • Follow strict protocols to ensure accuracy and precision in test results.
  • Calibrate and validate lab instruments regularly.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
  • Analyze test results and enter data into laboratory information systems (LIS).
  • Flag abnormal findings and alert physicians or pathologists for critical values.
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to interpret lab results.
  • Stay updated on new testing methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field.

• 2-3 years experience as a Medical Technologist. 

•  Proficiency in lab software , instrumentation, and troubleshooting

• Attention to detail, critical thinking, teamwork, and time management.

Special Requirements:

• Must be flexible and willing to work weekends
