Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing assigned promotions and events, while ensuring the continuity of activities for the respective assigned brand.

Key Responsibilities:

o	Develop and execute Trade Promotions by creating and implementing strategic promotional activities aimed at driving sales, increasing product visibility, and strengthening brand presence in the trade channel
o	Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
o	Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
o	Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
o	Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
o	Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
o	Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports after each campaign in preparation for future campaigns
o	Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
o	Conduct market research and identify trends
o	Maximize brand alignment with events by ensuring brands are adequately represented and brand trademarks are distributed to organizers for all promotional materials in line with entitlements
o	Prepare monthly report for brands assigned. 
o	Monitor brand assets and inventory to ensure all POS, promotional and event materials are in good standing. 
o	Any other duty that is assigned within the scope of the job 

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

o	1st Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
o	At least two (2) years’ working experience in events and sponsorships
o	Competent in the use of MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
o	Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledgeable in copywriting and proofreading
o	Highly self-motivated and creative
o	Able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
o	Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
o	Convincing negotiator
o	Previous experience in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
o	Able to understand and utilize financial reports and legal documents to conduct business
o A valid driver’s license
o Must own or have access to a reliable motor vehicle
