Position Title: Executive Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Executive Operations Manager to support the Director in driving performance, process improvement, and efficiency across the Group.
Position Summary
The Executive Operations Manager acts as the Director’s right hand — overseeing reporting, performance monitoring, and systems improvement across all Yolanda Group companies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of analyzing business data, streamlining workflows, and ensuring accountability across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operations and reporting across Jusdrive, ASAP Express, and Genba Lounge & Grill.
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly performance data (sales, expenses, HR metrics, and productivity).
- Monitor KPIs, validate reports from department managers, and prepare executive summaries for the Director.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Oversee document control, HR compliance, and statutory filing coordination.
- Conduct process audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Serve as the central liaison between the Director and company managers, ensuring timely follow-ups and accountability.
- Coordinate strategic and special projects assigned by the Director.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an executive-level administrative or operations management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across departments or business units.
- Experience implementing process improvements or operational systems (e.g., HR, CRM, inventory).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and analytical capability.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: JMD $3,600,000 – $4,200,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
- Performance-based bonus (up to 15%).
