Cooks 

The Cook is responsible for the timely preparation of meals and maintain the highest standards to ensure the safety of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully prepares food items designated to the assigned station.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, consistently meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Prepares daily items according to instructions received from the Kitchen Supervisors.
• Adhere with company policies and procedures and maintains the work area in a safe, clean and hygienic manner.
• Prepares food requisitions and submits them to the Supervisors for approvals.
• Adhere to the company’s sanitation and hygiene standards to keep the kitchen area clean and safe.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet high demand without compromising quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• School Leaving Certificate.

• 5 C.X.Cs including Mathematics and English

• NVQ-J Level 3 Certificate would be an advantage

• Previous experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• A food handler's permit.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food production.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
