KEY DUTIES
Handle incoming calls and walk-in customer queries
Replenish shelves and ensure displays are well-presented
Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and lanes
Notify purchasing team of stock levels and re-order needs
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with the sales team to fulfil customer needs
Promote products and services where appropriate
Required Education and Training
Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, Grades I or II, including Mathematics and English
At least two (2) years’ customer service experience
Formal training in customer service would be an asset
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
