We are seeking a passionate and multi-talented Wellness Instructor to join our team and deliver exceptional Pilates Reformer sessions, yoga classes, and spa therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group and private Pilates Reformer and Yoga sessions tailored to various skill levels.
- Provide spa treatments such as massage therapy, facials, or body treatments (based on certifications).
- Create a welcoming and safe space for clients to explore wellness and self-care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio and treatment areas.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support client goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development.
Qualifications
- Certified in Pilates Reformer instruction.
- Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200 or higher preferred).
- Certification in Spa Therapy (e.g., massage therapy, esthetics)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for holistic wellness and client-centered care.
