REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Minimum of 6 CXC including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts

• Experienced in a Retail Sales
• Strong customer service skills.
• Highly motivated by targets.
• Computer Literate.
• Basic Numeracy.
• Ability to communicate in both oral and written forms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Legible handwriting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales including Supa Shield targets.
• Complete stock movement and sales report daily
• Attend and provide appropriate reports at weekly sales meeting.
• Ensure that customers receive service that exceeds their expectations.
• Establish contact within 30 seconds of the customer entering the store.
• Explain terms and conditions of appropriate optical care techniques and credit contract clearly to the customer.
• Display good merchandising skills.
• Build and maintain Customer Client base.
• Provide periodic updates of competitor offerings and prices
• Effectively Identify customer needs and address, escalating to Branch Manager where necessary.
• Keep customers advised of delivery changes/issues in a timely manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
• Ensure assigned area is clean tidy and accordingly tagged.
• Ensure all documents pertaining to the purchase are correctly and thoroughly completed.
• Provide relief service for Branch Manager
• Assist in the opening and closing of Store
• Have a basic knowledge of all products sold by COURTS.
