Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within a high-volume FMCG production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising production teams, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting management in achieving production targets. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production staff, supporting line operators and junior supervisors.
• Assist in developing and implementing production plans to meet output targets while optimizing resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and internal quality standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor key production metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing principles.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FMCG production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical knowledge of production machinery, processes, and operational systems.
• Proven ability to support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment.
