Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Production Plant Manager to oversee operations at a high-volume FMCG production facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large teams of 150+ employees, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the production plant, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 150+ production staff, including supervisors and line managers.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet output targets while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement technical solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in FMCG production, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing large teams (150+ employees).
• Strong technical knowledge of production machinery, processes, and operational systems.
• Proven experience implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards.
