Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare creative, high-quality cocktails and beverages.

• Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques.

• Engage guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.

• Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation standards.

• Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and requisitions efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area at all times.

• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

• Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to create beverage pairings and promotions.

• Monitor bar profitability by managing waste, portion control, and upselling premium beverages.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years proven experience as a mixologist or professional bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and flavor balancing.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Certification in bartending and mixology
