MARKETING OFFICER
Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal
- Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and consultations (virtual or in-person)
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock higher commission tiers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
Marketing Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns that generate leads and conversions
- Share field insights to refine messaging and strategy
- Brand Representative
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and content creation
- Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, landing pages, and case studies
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment
Asset Requirements
- Certificate or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in Hospitality
- Skills in design or content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
