Sales Representative (Industrial Lubricants)

Location-Southern area

Sector-Automotive

Base Salary Range- $5,000.00 - $6,000.00

Commission- 2.5% of Sales in Excess of $100,00. 00 (payable upon collections).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend products to meet those needs.
Service existing accounts, update orders, and establish new accounts.
Plan and organise daily work schedules to call on existing and potential outlets and other trade factors.
Tailor sales presentations based on customer type.
Submit orders, ensure product deliverables are made within promised timelines.
Collect payments and report delinquent accounts to the financial department for recovery.
Submit regular reports on sales activities and territory performance.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information, pricing, delivery schedules, and new products.
Recommend product or service improvements based on market feedback.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Stau updated on industry trends through training and networking.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet sales goals.
Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five (5) CXC O'Level passes including Mathematics and English.
At least five (5) years' sales expereince in automotive parts or lubricants with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Valid national driver's license.
Valid Police Certificate of Character.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of automotive luricants and parts is an asset.
