Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with walk-in customers and answering product enquiries.
2. Helping to prepare quotations and process customer orders.
3. Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments and customer details.
4. Assisting with Company social media pages (posting, responding and updating).
5. Assisting with Marketing activities.
6. Following up on overdue custome accounts to ensure timely payments.
7. Providing general administrative support to the export team.
Minimun Requirements:
- Certificate in Sales, Marketing or a related field
- 5 O'Levels
- Proficient use of Social Media, to boost the Company's online presence
- Knowledge of hardware/construction materials would be an asset
