LARGE INSURANCE BROKER REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF A
CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT OFFICER

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
The following skills are essential for the successful execution of your duties:
- The ability to consistently deliver a very high level of customer service
- Reliability & Job Punctuality
- Availability to work on various shifts including weekends
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a very high level of Customers satisfaction
- Managing Incoming Calls from internal and external customers and responding to their emails
- Maintaining accurate client records on the company’s database
- Support IT client services
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of five (5) CXC passes at Grade 1 or 2 including English Math Accounts and IT
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products (Excel/Word,etc)
