Senior Quality Control Supervisor in Beverage Manufacturing

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Control Supervisor at a division of Kaleidoscope Paints Ltd. located in San Juan, Trinidad and Tobago. The Senior Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing qc processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards within the beverage manufacturing environment.

Daily tasks include supervising qc staff, lab technicians, Syrup Room and blending Staff, conducting product quality assessments, developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, and performing laboratory tests to analyze product samples to ensure products are completed daily. The ideal candidate must be proficient in QS Documentation, Logs and Reporting providing updates daily to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma in QC
• BSc Food Technology or Bio Chemistry
• Supervisory and Managerial Skills and or Experience
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Laboratory Skills
• Experience in HACCP, FSSC 22000
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in food and beverage production, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
