Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and overseeing technical projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions to support operations and projects.

• Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations.

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Supervise installations, maintenance, and repairs of systems/equipment as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

• Provide technical support and training to staff where necessary.

• Monitor and evaluate systems and processes for continuous improvement.

• Prepare reports, budgets, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).

• Professional Engineering Certification/Licensure (PE) is an asset.

• Minimum [3] years of relevant engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, technical drawings, and safety standards.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc.).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
