Sales Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads via cold outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries
Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal
Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and consultations (virtual or in-person)
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock higher commission tiers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
Marketing Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns that generate leads and conversions
Share field insights to refine messaging and strategy
Brand Representative
Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and content creation
Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, landing pages, and case studies
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms
Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment
Asset Requirements
Certificate or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience in Hospitality
Skills in design or content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
