The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to the marketing department through efficient management of online brand presence.  All activities must conform to organizational guidelines and standards and to all legal requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website)
• Assist with monitoring social media accounts. 
• Assist with the distribution of marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends .
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars and filing documents.
• Maintain and update of delivery apps.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Engage with potential and existing customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Assist in planning and executing brand in events, or promotional activities .
• Conduct visits to restaurants to ensure brand consistency, provide support, and gather feedback.
• Provide support to restaurants for signage-related issues.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
