is now hiring Human Resource Assistant
The Human Resource Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resource Department, contributing to the efficient handling of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage processes such as recruitment, orientation, exit interviews and the enrollment of new employees in the time management system.
- Coordinate internal events, including recreational events and training activities.
- Manage all disciplinary hearing life cycle
- Submit accurate information to the Payroll Department in a timely manner.
- Ensure employees enrolment in the Company’s benefit programs as per eligibility guidelines.
Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other official documents.
Help track employee attendance, leave records, and benefits.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Perform any other related duties assigned for the effective functioning of the department.
