Job Summary:
Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Salary: $25/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provides the related support for recruitment program.
- Organizes and coordinates the benefits related activities and help HR Leader conduct related administrative work.
- Handles general internal and external affairs.
- Administers disciplinary matters in accordance with the company policy.
- Management of Travel, transportations, cafeteria and meeting related activities.
- Provides full support and assistance to HR/Admin function as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
- Administrative experience required. Experience working in HR or related field, preferred.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
