Summary
The Administrative Intern (HR) will provide support to the Human Resources team in carrying out day-to-day administrative and HR functions. This role is designed to give practical exposure to core HR operations while developing organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining HR records and employee files (physical and digital).
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and preparing interview documentation.
- Update HR databases with employee information, leave records, and training data.
- Assist with planning and coordinating staff engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Draft routine HR correspondence as requested.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Administrative Intern -Public Procurement
Summary
The Procurement Administrative Intern will support the Procurement team in executing purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain activities. The role provides hands-on learning in procurement processes while strengthening administrative and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
- Help maintain and update the vendor database and supplier records.
- Support the procurement team in obtaining quotations, proposals, and bids from suppliers.
- Assist in evaluating supplier offers by compiling comparison charts and summaries.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for procurement records and contracts.
- Track and update procurement schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support such as correspondence, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
