We Are Hiring: CUSTOMER ADVOCATE
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and lead the resolution of assigned client queries.
- Provide timely support and constructive feedback to team members.
- Provide occasional IT support for MSD and its clients, including diagnosing and troubleshooting workstations, servers, networks, and printers.
- Deliver client training as required, virtually or onsite.
- Conduct training site visits to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep supervisor updated on client issues and resolutions.
- Recommend improvements to MSD’s product offerings.
- Submit weekly reports to the supervisor.
- Perform other customer service and IT-related duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Prerequisite:
- Proficiency in SQL Database management and queries.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport.
- Ability to travel.
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years’ work-related experience in a similar field.
- Customer Service, Accounting, IT Helpdesk, or Networking knowledge will be an asset.
- Experience within Financial Institutions will be an asset.
- Expert-level knowledge of MSD’s flagship product Emortelle will be an asset.
- Effective communication skills
