CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited is seeking to identify a suitable candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our Montego Bay Retail Store. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the sale of our gaming, betting, and lottery products, as well as the provision of exceptional customer experience to our clients.
Key Functions:
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service, for gaming customers.
- Promote and sell gaming products and other services i.e. lottery games, sports betting and PIN sales to increase the growth of the Company’s portfolio.
- Proper stewardship of company’s funds and assets, including effective cash handling and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements under which we operate for the various services, including:
- Betting Gaming & Lotteries Act
- Anti-money laundering Regulations / Proceeds of Crime Act
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong sales skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with standard Point Of Sale (POS) system
- At least two (2) years’ experience with handling cash in high volumes
- Knowledge of and love for sports would be an asset
