 SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Scope

As a high-level sales executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success. You will be responsible for building customer loyalty and fostering long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.

 General Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision makers.
• Generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate proposals and reports and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research, to include trends and competitor analysis and make recommendations to improve the portfolio. 
• Develop and implement a zone action plan through comprehensive analysis, to be adjusted when required, based on results to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Evaluate the needs of the customers and ensure that exceptional service quality and standards are consistently maintained.
• Represent the company at business events and meetings.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products.

 Required Qualification and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proven track record in consistently achieves or exceeds revenue targets.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Passionate about sales with at least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales.
• Excellent at generating leads, negotiating, and building relationships.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
• Own a reliable motor vehicle and can travel.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
