Manager - Marketing & Corporate Affairs
The Role:
Conceptualize and manage cohesive marketing and communication activities for the H&L brand through strategic guidance of marketing, public relations and customer experience activities and initiatives, to ensure alignment of the organization’s messaging across stakeholders, and support continuous improvement in the delivery of organization’s objectives through all relevant channels. The ideal candidate will:
- Lead the annual process of planning and budgeting,
- Lead the design, implementation and execution of agreed activities,
- Lead the efficient use of techniques to positively influence customer purchase decisions and maximize sales,
- Own the brand guidelines and ensure consistent, correct use of the brand.
Minimum Education and Experience
- BSc in Marketing or related discipline,
- At least two years’ experience in a similar capacity at the leadership level,
- Proven experience in leading marketing and public relations initiatives,
- Project management training,
- Public speaking training.
