Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and organized Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations of our restaurants, bars, lounges, and dining services. This role supports the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring service excellence, staff performance, inventory control, and guest satisfaction — all aligned with Royalton’s All-In Luxury® experience.
Key Responsibilities:
🍽️ Dining Experience & Service Standards
Support the delivery of outstanding F&B experiences across all outlets.
Ensure compliance with Royalton and Marriott brand standards.
Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business.
Supervise special events, group dining, and VIP experiences.
👥 Team Leadership & Training
Assist in managing and training restaurant, bar, and banquet staff.
Support daily briefings, scheduling, and task assignments.
Promote team engagement, service consistency, and adherence to grooming and conduct standards.
Foster a culture of accountability and recognition.
📊 Operational & Financial Oversight
Monitor inventory, supply levels, and vendor relationships.
Assist with budget control, cost reduction initiatives, and upselling strategies.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales, waste, and stock levels.
✅ Compliance & Quality Control
Oversee health, safety, and sanitation standards across all F&B areas.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain food handling protocols.
🛎️ Collaboration & Brand Alignment
Coordinate with the Culinary, Events, and Guest Services teams.
Support marketing and promotions for food and beverage initiatives.
Represent the F&B Manager in meetings or during absences as required.
