Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business administration and a passion for numbers, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support Daily Treasury requests.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
