Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales & Export Market Development
• Develop and implement tailored sales and route-to-market strategies for assigned CARICOM territories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and other key stakeholders
• Monitor, track, and evaluate sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and
risks
• Manage and monitor sales and expense budgets to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals
• Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and business insights to support decision-making
• Represent the Snacks Division at trade shows, sales meetings, and regional business development events
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations, customs requirements, and company standards
B. Supervision & People Management
• Provide direct leadership and oversight to two Export Representatives
• Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions
• Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship, team development, and ongoing training
• Ensure clear communication and alignment of goals between the team and broader company strategy
• Support problem-solving and escalation of customer or operational issues as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in export sales, international trade, or territory management, ideally in the FMCG or
snacks sector
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systems
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region
Preferred Attributes
• Familiarity with CARICOM trade regulations and export logistics
• Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish/ French/Portuguese) is an asset
• Energetic, self-driven, and solutions-oriented.
