Job Vacancy: Rooms Division Manager
Location: St. Lucia
Our Resort, Zoetry Marigot Bay St Lucia is a premier hospitality establishment dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead our Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Guest Services, Butler, Spa and Concierge.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service are consistently met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance guest satisfaction and staff performance.
- Monitor inventory and management of room availability and rates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and cost control.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on Rooms Division.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
