PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
•Prepare quotes and communicate with suppliers/vendors/clients effectively.
•Manage code creation and purchase order processing efficiently.
•Develop, implement, and maintain a contact strategy for the unit.
•Create and deliver presentations as required.
•Attend meetings and actively participate in discussions.
•Maintain a comprehensive database, including building contacts and managing mail-outs.
•Collaborate with purchasing and marketing departments to implement activities.
•Assist in event planning and coordination.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in a related field.
•Previous sales and technical experience in B2B coordination or related roles.
•Exceptional competence in database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Previous experience with sales force will be considered an asset.
