We are seeking a skilled, passionate cook with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. A key part of this role is preparing rotisserie chicken, along with other Jamaican favourites like jerk chicken, curry goat, and oxtail. You will also be responsible for preparing pizzas, salads, soups, and sandwiches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main focus: Prepare and cook rotisserie chicken to perfection.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Jamaican dishes, including jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail, and other local favourites.

• Prepare pizzas, salads, soups, and sandwiches with a focus on quality and presentation.

• Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet food safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of cooking experience, with a strong focus on rotisserie chicken.

• Strong knowledge and passion for Jamaican cuisine, especially jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail, and rotisserie chicken.

• Must be available to work on Saturdays.

• A valid food handler's permit is required.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
