Job Title: Talent Management Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Administration from a recognized institution
- Two - Three (2-3) years of experience in the HR field
- Experience in FMCG is an asset
Specific Knowledge (however acquired) Required to Start:
- Sound knowledge of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
- Sound knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment, selection, orientation, and termination
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support Talent Manager with providing day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions). Review the completeness of appraisals before calculating and recording the aggregate scores and prepare recommendations for actions.
- Analyze performance review data to identify trends and development needs.
- Investigate and Chair Disciplinary Hearings within the established labour relations and internal guidelines.
