CLAIMS SERVICE ASSOCIATE - NEW KINGSTON
We require an individual to fill the position of Claims Service Associate at our Head Office in New Kingston. Reporting to the Asistant Vice President - Claims, the successful candidate will assist in achieving maximum operational efficiency in the processing and settling of claims and with recovery from third parties and their insurers.
Required Skills/Education:
- Minimum of Six (6) CSEC General Profociency subjects or equivalent
- Excellent human relations and communications skills
- Knowledge of the General Insurance market
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position
Specialized Techniques/Knowledge:
- Ability to deal with the public courteously and professionally
- Ability to work in a busy and hectic environment
- Ability to prioritize, work on own initiative and under a tight schedule
