Select Brands Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Supervisor to lead brand visibility and execution across the western parishes of Jamaica. This role is responsible for managing a team of merchandisers and brand ambassadors, ensuring high merchandising standards, executing promotional activities, and conducting trade audits to support strategic marketing goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building brand presence in retail environments. Experience in trade marketing, team supervision, and retail execution is required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- MUST OWN AND OPERATE A RELIABLE MOTOR CAR.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in trade marketing, merchandising or a related role within the beverage industry.
Specialized Knowledge & Training:
- In-depth knowledge of trade marketing strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with the Jamaican beverage market.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Development & Management:
- Oversees merchandisers and brand ambassadors through regular store visits and ensures accurate payroll processing in an accurate and timely manner.
- Logistics and Product Management:
- Coordinates timely dispatch of promotional materials, ensures proper product placement, and optimizes merchandiser routes for efficiency.
- Develop strategies to introduce company products to new customers and consumers within the assigned regions.
- Periodically review and optimize merchandiser routes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations to maximize coverage and impact.
- Implements promotional activities, manages product expirations, and collaborates with stores for optimal brand visibility.
- Trade Audits and Pricing:
- Conduct regular trade audits to ensure adherence to contractual agreements, pricing accuracy, and alignment with company strategies.
- Monitor and adjust product pricing in the trade to align with company pricing strategies.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the Marketing & Sales Department for strategic decision-making.
- Assess the performance of merchandisers through regular trade checks and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
