Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Laundry Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee laundry operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist in the daily operations of the laundry department.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial laundry equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, washing, drying, and finishing of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all processes.
• Train and mentor junior laundry staff to deliver consistent quality.
• Monitor chemical usage and inventory of laundry supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning effectively and report maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations and equipment.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Supervise, train, and manage the team of Butlers to ensure impeccable guest service.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain guest records and preferences to deliver tailored services.
• Ensure butler services align with the resort’s luxury brand standards.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee scheduling, performance, and grooming standards of the butler team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in butler services within a luxury resort or hotel.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience in hospitality required.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, wine, and luxury guest services.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
