JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for welcoming customers / patients, providing them with information, directing them to the appropriate area, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The job holder is focussed on ensuring superior patient / customer service and making a positive first impression. It starts from standing at the entrance and greeting people who arrive. |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Welcome customers / patients as they enter the medical facility and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Provide customers / patients with information about the establishment and its services.
- Assist customers / patients with any inquiries they may have and resolve / escalate complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Manage the flow of customers / patients to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless flow of operations.
- Actively seek ways to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE | General knowledge of the operations of a medical facility is desirable |

- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: |
- Minimum 5 O’ level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
- Customer Service Training
- Minimum of one (1) year's experience in a related position desirable but not essential

OTHER: | - Must be able to work a shift system, weekends and public holidays.
- Police Certificate of Good Character.
