About the Role
As the Brand & Member Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Credit Union’s brand management strategy.
- Designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that promote products, services, and member benefits.
- Driving member engagement initiatives to strengthen loyalty and participation.
- Expanding our digital presence, including social media, online campaigns, and reputation management.
- Collaborating across departments to align marketing with organizational goals under the theme Trust, Transparency, and Transformation.
- This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the Credit Union’s growth and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or communications (financial services experience is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver data-driven results.
