Position Title: B2B Collections (Full-Cycle AR)

Overview:
The B2B Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, maintaining accurate financial records, and fostering strong relationships with business clients. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in manual, Excel-based processes within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle AR processes including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and reconciliations
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections
• Maintain and update manual databases (primarily Excel) to track receivables and client payment history
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to resolve payment issues and maintain service standards
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline AR workflows and ensure accurate reporting
• Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve collection strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B collections and full-cycle accounts receivable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with manual data-heavy processes
• Strong communication skills for client engagement and internal coordination
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in finance outsourcing or consulting environments
• Familiarity with financial systems and compliance regulations
• Proven ability to improve AR processes and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
