MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective members through consistent, personalized engagement.
- Deliver clear, timely, and targeted communication to members through email, phone, SMS, newsletters, webinars, and events.
- Gather, track, and analyze member feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Plan and execute member-focused events, seminars, wellness programs, and loyalty campaigns to foster engagement.
- Prepare reports on engagement metrics, member satisfaction, and retention data for internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- A first degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in an Employee Benefits Products environment.
- Sound knowledge of Employee Benefit Plans.
- Knowledge of Beneficiary entitlements, the Pensions Act and the relevant regulations.
- Organised, meticulous, courteous, co-operative, honest, proactive.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
