We’re Hiring – Café Manager (Full-Time)

Popular Cafe is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations, manage catering & events, and help grow our brand.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (or related field)

• A strong background in the Food & Beverage industry is mandatory

• Minimum 3+ years management experience in restaurants, cafés, or catering

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day café operations (staff scheduling, inventory, cash handling)

• Ensure consistent food quality, service excellence & compliance with standards

• Plan & execute special events, catering orders, and pop-ups

• Monitor & control costs (labour %, food %, utilities, packaging) to maximize profitability

• Support marketing campaigns & customer engagement initiatives

• Demonstrated success in Food & Beverage management
