Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Manage and expand wholesale, retail, and corporate client accounts.

• Lead B2B sales efforts for corporate gifting, branded merchandise, and collaborations.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and forecasting.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.

Marketing

• Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning with product launches and seasonal campaigns.

• Oversee digital marketing (social media, paid ads, email marketing, influencer collaborations).

• Ensure Bresheh’s e-commerce channels (website, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) are optimized for conversions.

• Build brand storytelling campaigns that highlight Bresheh’s impact, values, and Jamaican heritage.

• Manage PR, media placements, and collaborations to increase visibility.

Market & Customer Development

• Conduct ongoing research on customer trends, competitor activity, and new market opportunities.

• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, including loyalty programs and CRM initiatives.

• Support export market growth across the Caribbean and diaspora communities.

Leadership & Reporting

• Lead and mentor marketing officers, social media managers, and sales reps.

• Collaborate with Production and Product Development teams to align demand with supply.

• Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods).

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Passion for Jamaican/Caribbean culture, sustainability, and storytelling.
