Support export market growth across the Caribbean and diaspora communities.
Lead and mentor marketing officers, social media managers, and sales reps.
Collaborate with Production and Product Development teams to align demand with supply.
Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods).
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Passion for Jamaican/Caribbean culture, sustainability, and storytelling.
