
The worldwide representative for Sandals and Beaches Resorts is seeking highly motivated individuals with experience working in a fast-paced, customer service environment to fill the post of:
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
The ideal candidate will be primarily accountable for handling the main switchboard for the Call Center, welcoming visitors and maintaining the lobby area in a clean and orderly manner. He /she will also assist the Executive Administrative & Human Resources team with light clerical duties.
Applicants MUST possess the following minimum requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 O’ Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Previous customer service and or tourism experience sector would be an asset.
- Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stressful situations.
- Maintains a polish and professional appearance.
- Must be an excellent oral and written communicator.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Possess strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environment.
- Sensitivity to working with confidential material.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible to work any day of the week, a shift systm, public holidays and week-ends.
