Job Summary
The Corporate & Premium Business Development Officer (CPBDO) is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with corporate and premium clients. This role focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions, enhancing client engagement, and contributing to revenue expansion through proactive business development and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and premium client segments.
- Develop and present customized financial proposals aligned with client needs and strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Partner with internal marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns targeting premium and corporate segments.
- Represent the organization at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions.
- Provide reporting on business development performance and forecasts to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Officers and Loan Specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development, relationship management, or financial services with a focus on corporate and premium client segments.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop customized solutions and communicate value effectively.
