Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for verifying the information provided by potential clients as it pertains to approved credit decisions. Ensures the smooth and efficient operations of this process so as to contribute to JMMB Express achieving its Strategy as approved by the BOD in line with JMMB’s Vision and Mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the Credit Officers by ensuring that all employment verifications are completed in a comprehensive, accurate, professional and timely manner.
• Supports the Credit Officers by ensuring that all reference verifications are completed in a comprehensive, accurate, professional and timely manner.
• Prepares reports through daily, bi-monthly and monthly summaries of verifications completed.
• Performs any other related duties as may be required.

Qualifications (Education & Certification):

• Minimum of Five (5) CSEC or ‘O’ Level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English

Experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year working experience in Customer Service
• Any prior experience working in a financial industry would be an asset.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point. Etc.
