Provide guidance and support to Employees on HR matters to foster effective communication and maintain a transparent working environment.

Support in the design, development, and implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and systems.

Focus on end-to-end recruitment and selection, including job descriptions, Communcication,  advertising, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.

Organize and Conduct orientation, onboarding, and employee training programs.

Support the  administration, and review of the Company’s performance management system to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Support training and development needs and recommend programs aligned with employee growth and organizational objectives.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, and punctuality, addressing issues promptly and confidentially.

Support in administering the disciplinary processes, including investigations, recommendations, letters, suspensions, and terminations, in line with Industrial Relations practices and national labor laws.

Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, employment policies, and workplace standards.

Guide staff in the interpretation of HR policies, grievance procedures, and the Company’s Code of Conduct.

Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, recommending solutions and facilitating timely resolutions.

Support employee engagement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and updated personnel records, certifications, and HR databases.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the HR function
